Learn effective, hands-on self-defense for females.  

Participants will learn basic self-defense awareness strategies and techniques and experience scenario training.

60-minute workshops will meet Tuesdays starting at 6:15 pm.  

Ages 7 and up ~ open to the public!

 Our Adult Team "Group" Training sessions are highly motivating and specifically programmed to your needs!  

Sessions will vary from strength to metabolic. We encourage everyone to work at their own pace, but each week try to push yourself to lift a little more than you did the week before.  

Choose once, twice or three times per week ~ 45-minute training sessions ~ Experience & membership are not required.

6-week session started the week of July 8 ~ it's not too late to join us.

~ breathing exercises to help calm the mind ~ soothing full-body stretches   
~ balance, strength & flexibility poses with attention to proper alignment.
